XenForo / MySQL db help

Only know the basics of what I'm doing with website stuff. Getting this error when trying to post a thread on my newly setup forums.

Doing my research, it sounds to be something within the MySQL database called GTID which needs to be disabled. I'm currently using 1and1 (ionos) as my domain and site host with the provided SQL database through phpMyAdmin. Any ideas on how to fix this?

According to the link, you need to turn off GTID consistency option. I'm not sure if you have that ability on a shared host but you can ask your provider if they can make such changes for you if necessary.
