Hello,

I was looking through some new xenforo addons, when I found a potentially really interested addon for a native mobile xenforo app that adds a bunch more features than just the current mobile theme would. It's something that seems interesting. Link: https://forumapps.net/

Feel free to leave opinions below!

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I get notifications to my phone by just installing a mail client. If you want notifications why not just do that?
I personally dislike having my email get notified as I rarely check it. This seems like a relatively cheap solution to just allow for direct to-phone push notifications.[DOUBLEPOST=1514037604][/DOUBLEPOST]Email notifications also get drowned out in the sea of useless emails constantly sent to me.

The price isn't as relevant as the fact that any forum app would be a step down from the current mobile site that we have. If you would like to see what the site would look like if we had ForumApps, download 'ForumApps' on the app store and see the differences between a regular xenForo mobile site and their one. It's far too basic and doesn't offer any of the functionality that the real site has.

If there was a great mobile app we could introduce I'd happily pay hundreds a month for it, but there are just none on the market and they provide no real benefit.
Forumapps' is pretty nice.

Mobile users do not need *all* the features a desktop version has. Mobile versions should be skimmed dow versions that are minimalistic and simple to use. They shouldn't be overcomplicated. A missing chatbox or something is fine.

I don't mind responsive websites personally, but if you'd like an app, I don't think the lack of non-essential add-ons on the app is a reason to not go for it.

It seems this thread is getting quite a bit of "agrees". I think it's safe to say a great portion of the community would like to see something like this implemented in some fashion :)

A MC-Market app has been suggested over 20 times since I became owner and has been denied each time. There's no need for us to have a MCM app since it provides no benefit over using your browser.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
