Xenforo Setup similar to MCM

I'm looking for a site to be made that's similar to mcm. Please on reply if you're cable of configuring a xenforo site + theme from the ground up.

It's not in the same market so it won't be competing with mcm. It's a computer marketplace.

MCM's theme isn't custom, it's a public theme that has been edited. Don't pay someone for a theme "from the ground up".

Oh okay. Well I'm not looking for this theme. I just layed it as a outline to give the person a rough Idea of what I'm generally looking for. The ideal person has to be capable enough to do everything. This is paid.

Dont really have one per say. Just trying to figure out how much it will cost to get it done what I want and then I'll do it.
