What do you need setting up?

Installation of XenForo, setting up groups and perms, installing theme, customizing theme, creating all the sections, adding content to the sections (rules etc) all / some of those etc?

$5 isnt a great deal for a complete setup to a decent quality.

If you're so cheap you want someone's time which would normally be paid for, and instead you either don't have money or are too cheap to spend money, why not just have a little more shame and self respect and directly say you're begging rather than use the term "vouch [copy]"? Would at least show some dignity.

He's not necessarily begging, a lot of people do it for free/a low price.
