Xenforo Subsection under some section

I sell Xenforo stuff, but I'm often confused about where I'm supposed to post. I feel this will help

I don't think we need to go that specific when it comes to webdevelopment. If we have to create a section for every forum software, it'll just decrease activity on the other ones.

I mean, I understand that. But from what I see on the forums, a huge majority of Web Development posts have to do with something Xenforo related.

This is not a XenForo or forum marketplace. It's a Minecraft marketplace. There is a reason everyone doesn't just use one forum for everything. Forums have a niche and no site should be a cover all kind of site, it just won't work.

That section is absolutely fine. If anything, suggest a XenForo tag in that section, but a whole section is just not a good idea.

We can make a section. It's definitely possible and just needs a few clicks but is it really necessary? Look at my screenshot above. Out of 30 threads only 4 are strictly XenForo related.

Well, I feel is tag isn't enough, and in this case, a forum may be too much....

Is there a middle solution I'm not aware of? A thread prefix perhaps?

In other words a 'tag'?

You realise a tag is quite powerful, actually? You can filter by tags, hide everything else, and it's very distinct.

Sorry, I just re-read what I had written. A tag is enough.
I'm used to calling them "thread prefixes," that's all.
