Xenforo theme needed

I am setting up a server and need a custom forums theme. I would like something a bit like the picture down below but obviously a different background and my server logo and different color.

some guy was like $50 and i was like that's too much (bare in mind)

That theme isn't even worth $50. You're looking at a solid $160-$240 range. If it's too much, revert to a free/cheap basic theme for the time being till you earn revenue. Whoever priced you $50 clearly doesn't know what he's talking about and probably just looking for a quick buck. I cannot take on this as I'm busy but i recommend pace

the guy who made that theme charges 300+ how much do you think he charged for vanity?

plus never think you can get away copying other server sites they have a copyright mark on it and the designer's logo is on it so pretty much they can take down your site

As people noted above, you won't get near same quality of the website you have posted for under $50, you would be better off by purchasing a cheap pre-made theme or using a free one. You are looking for at least $140+ to get a such high quality and good looking theme. As for the person that quoted you $50, I obviously do not know who it is, but from the current situation I can tell that it's either someone to make a quick buck or trying to scam you (I could be wrong obviously).

Its doable if someone needs money like urgent or desperate but I do agree with your price range for that much work and quality, the person who did it originally charged above $300 USD for that.
Pretty much my suggestion goes for pace or DarkKnight

Only someone unprofessional may do that however, if something like that happens then its better to pay after so it can push them.
