Xenforo UI.X Design edits (Paying)

Hello,
I saw a thread of someone selling there server (with website)
I really like the way there xenforo looks and i wanted to copy a few of those settings to my own website.

Can you guys explain me how i do the following things:
The bar where it shows ip and player count
The top gray bar with the text, links and hover effects
Part white, but the top part a picture.

As noone wants to help for free (kinda understandable) i am willing to pay. Please let me know your price instead just saying dm me or added...

These aren't "little things." It requires changing the UI.X theme and making it so that everything works and fits. I doubt you are going to get all of that information just for free. You will need to put some money into your website if you want it to look nice.

I actually did pay for my website... The xenforo license, the add-ons, the uix theme, the web host. Also i did pay someone to help me set it all up... This are just a few things but if indeed noone wants to help me for free then not.

If you paid someone to setup your website, why didn't you tell him to set all this up as well?
