I would highly recommend MCTrollers or Jam for the XenForo installations and theme. When you say a complete website setup, do you mean a portal and shop as well? I can do the other elements if this is what you meant.
Literally a full setup, I've never gotta a website for previous server only ever used the buycraft and enjin. But im not a fan of what enjin supply, and the layout of Xenforo is really nice. But I dont think a Portal would be needed just a few tabs above for certain sections would be perfect.
