Willing to pay for someone to set up a xenforo website on a free host with a nulled version of it, all i need is it to be set up so that i can just edit it to how id like the forums to be.

Really wouldn't recommend a free webhost. You can get webhosting for as little as $1 a month from some hosts. Which is often far better than a free one. If you arent worried about uptime, loading speeds at peak times and the possibility of your files being removed at a moments notice then it would be fine. But when you can get it so cheap, there is little point risking it.
