So I was wondering if I need any ADDON to make it so basicly only admins can see a post which is spcific in one forum etc. If I wanted only admins to see the posts from other members in that section how could I do this, I know you can do it by the node tree but then they cannot see the format that I posted there how am I able to make it so members can only see there post and my post which is the FORMAT.

By just editing Nodes and Permissions you will be able to say that every Member can post something in a specific Forum and only Admins can read it. If you want to display your own thread or format thread too, you need the Addon StaffViewThreads.
