I need to know what xenforo version using this website..like..xenforo 1.5 or idk

Most likely. You should get the latest 1.5.22 update if you want to stick with xenforo 1. Xenforo 2 is much nicer in my opinion but that's just me.

This particular website is using Xenforo 1.5.20 however the latest 1.5x is 1.5.23 so i'd install that if you're setting up a forum. Xenforo 2 is also worth considering, it's better but still new, so there aren't quite as many themes and addons for it yet.
