Hey there! I'm Act from Xenium Skyblock, a new Skyblock Server. My Partner and I have been making this sever, getting it prepared for a community. We're glad to say that our Staff Recruitment has started!

We're looking for Staff Members for all positions. We regret to say that we will not pay as of now. The positions we are looking for are:
Administrator (0/3)
Moderator (0/3)
Helper (0/4)
In order to follow Discord TOS, we require that Staff Members are 13 years of age and older. Discord is currently our main communication platform.

We currently are not looking for Managers, although we'd be glad to accept you as Administrators and Moderators.

Here at Xenium Skyblock, we try to make each role equally important. The role of a Helper is to handle tickets, support players, and make sure everyone understands the game. You have moderation commands, but that's not your focus. The role of a Moderator is to make sure no one is breaking server rules. You can handle tickets, but that's not your focus. As an Administrator, you're main task is to fill in the spots that Helpers & Moderators cannot do. For example, if someone opens a ticket because they're reporting someone of hacking, you'll handle that.
