Welcome to Xeno Network. We are a brand new network server looking for a dedicated team of staff willing to be apart of our server and its future growth.

We are looking for the current positions right now:

I Have Alot Of experience In Being Staff For different servers In the Past Such As TakenLand(Admin), Vuhx(Moderator), Gamergames(Co-Owner), SavageMc(Moderator), Bluemoon Network(Jr. Mod), Tmctc Smp(Mod) Darkrealm(Admin), Frionous NEtwork(Admin) And Some More I Cant Remember.

What advice would you give to someone who had to deal with someone younger than them? Well I would say if a Young person is hacking you Have to ban Them. Its again the rules and i think Age doesnt matter if You are breaking the rules You will recieve the punishemnt

Why do you want to be a staff member on this server? I want to be a staff on the server as i Have been staff on a lot of small servers and I think with my moderating Skills I can Help this server as well, I am very good at detecting hacks and I am Very mature. I am very friendly and I am A Quick Learner as well, I can learn About custom Plugins If needed Very Fast.

Why should we accept your application over others? I Think that I Have alot of experience and I can confidentally say that I am One of the greatest At detecting hacks and it is One of the things I am the best at. I Can help the players on the server A lot as i can spend like 5hours a day on there At max.

What is your experience with the Factions Gamemode? Well most of the servers i was staff on were skyblock Survival and factions so i have a lot of experience with faction servers

I have experience ranging from Moderator to Managerial positions.

What advice would you give to someone who had to deal with someone younger than them?
Don't be condescending. Everyone is equal and should be treated with respect. You have to give it to receive it.

Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?
I recently came back to Minecraft after a year or so break due to work commitment and I have fallen in love with the game again. I love to get involved within the community again and this seems like a great server to do so. I have over 10 years minecraft experience and have really watched the game grow into what it is.

Why should we accept your application over others?
IRL I work as a production manager/producer and so I'm we experienced within the realms of managing large groups of people. Within the role, I have to be a strong leading figure to ensure that everyone else feels motivated and overall productivity is boosted. The skills that I have learned within this area of my life are extremely translatable to hundereds of scenarios and I feel that a role where I lead/manage people within the server would suit me best. Im a visionary and someone with lots of ideas. Full of charisma and respect, I hope to bring something to the server that no one else can

My work also involves video editing, VFX work and other forms of post-production work. If the server is in need of things such as graphic design, video editing, music production etc. I'd be more than happy to lend my skills
