*Must be able to look at the team as there's

*Manage your team of Sales representatives
* Make sure commissions are flowing on a good basis
*Be able to be professional
*Little experience required but anyone with good experience will have a higher acceptance rate
* Must be willing to comply with Executives and attend meetings on how to run the team etc.
* Must be willing to invest their work into XenosBuilds
