What is our aim?
We aim to create a community that's exempt from toxicity, which we believe is too prevalent in the current gaming world, a place where ALL feel welcome to play.
Our Plan?
- Well, we have a heavily customised survival server that was made public 04/10/2020.
- Our factions server is well under way to becoming a great server, with custom textures custom items and a custom designed economy plugin.
- RLCraft! This mod pack is very popular right now. It's also being developed as I write this, pre-generation of the world to be precise.
- Expand as much as popular as and when the community determines so.
Well, be it staff or a player on our network, we want your opinions and ideas - that will remain a core aspect of the community. We will try to meet any popular communal suggestion.
So jumping on and playing is helping us out greatly!
However, if you think one of the following roles would be a good fit for you, don't hesitate to apply!
Staff Positions;
- Helper - Generally helpful players. You've built up some good game time, and you know us and the server/network well.
- Moderator - Usually a pathway from Helper. You assist with keeping the chat and server exempt of toxicity. You know what's too far, and can distinguish from a joke and actual negative actions.
- Administrator - This role is an advanced position, generally requiring previous experience but can be earn with mutual respect and a wealth of understanding of what we stand for.
- Developer - Although we have 2 developers, there's always room for you clever folk! Sharing and receiving knowledge helps us and you develop your skill-set.
- Quest Creator - Creative individuals who are gifted when it comes to creating interesting scenarios and understand what makes great content.
- Builders - We are in desperate need of builders, although we have a handful of the base server builds complete, you would vital in expanding what we already have.
- There's other positions too, many of which haven't even been created yet, so please be patient.
How do you apply?

What do we look for in an application?
The application you put forward should show us that you have the required skill set needed to fill the role of your choice.
Applications that breath personality and creativity are those that grab the most attention.
But most importantly, you should clearly show previous experience to firmly grip a potential place.
What should your application say?
Your application should clearly state WHAT role you are applying for, what experience you have in the selected position and why you think your person is a glove like fit.
What skills have you developed over a period of time and what you’re not so great at.
(Try to steer away from trying to say what you believe we want to hear, and just try to display who you are).
Honesty!
Please we beg, be honest in your application! This is not only a display of character but also a strength, honesty binds us all together building a stronger more resilient community.
Applications should ALWAYS be well presented
Presentation is key when applying, before reading, the actual look of your application has an immediate effect on if we are going to continue reading, or skip to the next.
Although not completely formal, applications should be read with ease, without broken english or the overuse of emojis, smilies or other chat symbols.
Finally
Staff positions will rarely be rewarded to users with zero game time. Having not played in our community, we can't base a decision on you - nor can you on us. So, before applying, ask yourself, "would someone recruit me, not knowing who I am, or if I will even play on the network?"
