Xeon Network
Xeon Network is a new network to the MC community, We have not yet opened publicly as were still under development. All of our build will be done by a build team in the next 2 weeks. We will have 3 servers on launch, Factions, Skyblock and mini-games. We are looking to fill our positions with upbeat, mature and dedicated staff members. Also we run off dedicated machines not shared!!
Co-Owner:
Requirements - For this position we require all applicants to be at least 16 years of age or older as we expect a specific maturity level, please have a few hrs a day that you can spend on the server. It would also help if you have general knowledge on configuring and editing plugins. Additionally be able to pay at least part of bills each month. Our bills are not expensive but paying part of them will show devotion.
Responsibility's - Review staff applications and cast a vote on them, the majority vote rules. Coordinate with staff below you to set deadlines on projects and help ensure those projects are completed. Monitor staffs activity and report any suspicious behaviors
Compensation - The Co-Owner will be compensated for their time after the server opens and obtains donations, compensation will be done via percent of total mode. Meaning the better the server does, the more you make!

Admin:
Requirements - For this position we require all applicants be 15 years of age or older as we require a certain maturity level. Please be able to devote at least 1-2 hr a day on the server. Additionally have played MC for at least 1-2 years and have been staff of 1-2 servers.
Responsibility's - We have 4 levels of admins within this network. Admin, Sr-Admin and Head-admin and CAO (Chef Administrative Officer). All applicants will start as a regular admin. Admins re responsible for review all actions taken by lower staff, such as Mods and overrule them or approve them, additionally you may need to finalize a ban as Mods can not perm ban. Additionally you will need to coordinate with the admin team in order to set projects and deadlines you and your team will be responsible for.
Compensation - Compensation for admins varies per level, regular admins receive in game perks. Sr-Admins and Head-Admins receive a percent of donations as a insensitive.

Mod:
Requirements - For this position we require all applicants be 12 years of age or older as we require a certain maturity level. Please be able to devote at least 4-10 hr a week on the server. Additionally have played MC for at least 1-2 years and have been staff of 1 servers.
Responsibility's - We have 3 levels of mods within this network. Mod, Head-Mod and CMO (Chef Moderation Officer). All applicants will start as a regular mod. Mods are responsible for player upkeep and moderation, making sure all community guidelines are followed and taking appropriate actions when it is not. Additionally you will need to coordinate with the Moderation team in order to set projects and deadlines you and your team will be responsible for.
Compensation - Compensation for mod varies per level, but generally are in game perks!

Builders:
Requirements - For this position we require all applicants be 13 years of age or older as we require a certain maturity level. Please be able to devote at least 4-10 hr a week on the server. Additionally have played MC for at least 1-2 years and have portfolio of your builds.
Responsibility's - We have 2 levels of builders within this network.Builder, Head-Builder. All applicants will start as a regular builder. Builders are responsible for responsible for all server build upkeep, and building new locations as requested. Additionally you will need to coordinate with the Building team in order to set projects and deadlines you and your team will be responsible for.
Compensation - Compensation for builder varies per level, but generally are in game perks! As the Network grows will be compensated by percent of all donations!
