XeroMC Looking for a longterm bug developer

Hey guys, this thread isn't going to be long as if you are interested DM me on discord and we can further discuss everything.

I am looking for a long term developer that will be a developer on XeroMC because he/she wants to see the server succeed and is not just doing it for the money. I want someone that will do over and above for free sometimes. I just released and we have encountered a lot of bugs and I have 3 devs already but am looking for 1 more.

You must have experience with factions and all the plugins that relate to factions. If you have owned a faction server than that's a plus. You need to be able to identify bugs and be able to fix them.
