Introduction:______________________________________________
Hello, and welcome to my Management Services thread. Basically this thread is not only telling you why you should consider me as your next Manager, it's also telling you who I am as a person.
Terms:
- I have the right to refuse any server.
- I must be able to talk to you, meaning you must be able to communicate to me.
- I am simply not looking for any sort of payment through this, just offering my free services.
- If you chose to let me go (a.k.a demote me), I need a legit and valid reason.
- The server must already have a player base (even if the server is almost at release or is released)
Availability:
Some days I may not be able to get on or monitor a staff team as I may be busy with school or in real life situations, but normally every day I am able to get on and help out players and work on improving a staff team. I tend to play 3 hours a day on Minecraft.

Past Experiences:
My past experiences on working with servers include quite a bit of management and simple moderation.
Nimania - Nimania was a factions server that recently shut down again after lacking in funds. The owner promoted me to Moderator expecting as he new I would do well, and after some time, he have me Staff Manager/ Moderator+. I was basically handling few applications as the server was only small. I learnt many things including how to run and properly handle a staff team. This was the first time of experience I really gained information from. I was unable to gain any proof.
Skyblock XYZ - Skyblock was one of those servers that you could trust people on, I had 2 shots at Helper, the first time I failed really bad meaning I was almost demoted for my terrible actions and neglect on the server. After several months past, I put it upon myself to re-apply for Helper on their network. I was accepted and resigned a few weeks later due to getting an offer to work with a management team. I learnt basic commands, and learnt how to handle larger player bases. The only proof I have is visiting their website and reading through the accepted applications section. ShiftedMC - I played ShiftedMC for around a week until I was promoted to Administrator after sending in my application. I learnt things including how to run a server and their back end (console/files). After a few weeks went past, the owner started to look for another owner so I requested to help him. He allowed me on to the ownership team and we started to develop the KitPvP server which ended up falling and closing the server. UnderWorldMC - This server is still in development and I am the lead Manager and Staff Manager on it. UnderWorldMC is an upcoming Hellblock (Nether Skyblock) and Infection (Deadlyfe) network. I haven’t recessed console nor the files at the moment, but I have gained a lot of management skills with the owner who has a lot of experience. Wolvescraft - Wolvescraft is owned by the same user who owns UnderWorldMC, although I am only starting out as Helper on this server as the staff teams aren’t connected, I am gaining new friends and simple things like experience and knowledge. HellMist Network - I work as a Staff Manager on HellMist Network. It's currently a network still in development though with great potential. I've been training staff with a handbook that the owner, Lexxonist, has provided me with so they can represent HellMist better and lead it to success. Resigned as I wanted to take a break from MC (which I did).

Past Punishments, if any:
As said above, I did fail at Helper the first time on Skyblock XYZ, so I was quite toxic since I was getting threatened a few times, and I wasn’t the best Helper at the start clearly. Another server that I gained a lot of negative reputation on was another Skyblock server, known by Skyblock.net. I was constantly harassing users, disrespecting staff, and overall just breaking the rules. I did end up stopping all this once I was permanently banned the second time, after some time went past, I did re-appeal and I was accepted. I did make a promise to the Staff Manager and Administrator that I wasn’t allowed to do anything bad again and so far, I have kept that promise.
Why do you want to become a Manager?
I would like to become a full time Manager on possibly your server because on most servers, I see a lot of potential in the beginning weeks and I see, normally, a nice and safe environment for me to continue developing my management skills. Not only that, I also have the right mindset and maturity levels to effectively and productively look after a large group of people and their staff team members. In simple terms, I know from my past experience how and what I should do as a Manager and by working with you guys I can productively and professionally do it with care and respect.
How will you benefit the team?
I believe I would benefit your team by my experience, opinions and overall how I handle certain situations. As a member of the discord, I have seen that the community and staff team is a professionally developed and kind community, I can clearly see that, and as a Staff Manager I would not only be able to handle the community while handling the staff team, I would be able to listen to all the staff team members ideas and simply bring them along with the owner in a way that they may not be able to do.
Why should we pick you over other candidates?
I am helpful. I've been playing Minecraft for a long time now, on multiple servers, and I know the basics. I also pick up new information quickly and easily, therefore making me a helpful person to go to if someone has a question, query or concern. This is an important quality for a staff member and Staff Manager in general, as they will constantly be having to help and supprot people.
I am friendly. This makes me approachable and a good person for people to talk to. This is a good quality for a staff member to have as it means I can be able to make a positive impact on the members of the server.
I am unbiased. I like to believe I make friends easily, however, I am capable of treating everyone equally and fairly, no matter my relationship status with them. If my friend was to break a rule, you can be sure they would get the same punishment as anyone else would. This is very important for a Staff Manager and staff member in general.
I am mature. Like anyone, I love to joke around and have a laugh, but I also know when enough is enough. I am capable of stopping a joke if I can sense it going too far. This is important for a Staff Manager, as they will have to be mature if they are helping out on a server.
I believe that my personality is fit for this Staff Management position, along with my knowledge on the game, and my interaction skills.
