I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. There is a global shortage with IPv4 like we mentioned in your support ticket. We do have them in stock now and will be assigning it to your server shortly. As for the incorrect setup there was no more available space on that daemon so it put you on Germany. Yes you have had a bad experience with us and I am sorry. I am willing to offer you 2 months free hosting for the trouble.
