I've purchased 2 servers, 1gb + 4gb; the 1gb i've had no troubles with the 1gb server, works fine. I have no console access with the 4gb and it has been 28 hours since I opened the ticket. Currently there is no support for ftp file access other than the craftsrv panel which i'd rather filezilla bit of a down here.
Other than the no console access on one of the servers (Which I hope will be fixed shortly). They seem to work fine. Performance is good and I've definitely got my money's worth here.

I also have owned hardware that is located in Siberia and Kazan Russia, Kista Sweden and Germany. Those locations are mostly used for KVM.
