Finding a host isn't hard. Finding a reliable one with quality services and support is. Now days people purposely tend to oversell their services and cram everyone into a cans like Sardines. At XHostFire you are not just a customer you're family. We grow together and we strive together turning our visions into reality. Be the change, Host the game and build your dreams.

We have been providing our services here on MCM since 2015 and we've had many satisfied clients in and out. We thank all for the support these past 4 years. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of our services offered. Please don't hesitate to ask or comment below.

I can't seem to find anything that makes you guys stand out from the other hosts here, other than price

Every host offers the same services but not everyone has the same experience, knowledge and support we offer. We've been in business since 2011 and we don't plan to stop anytime soon. We are also a registered LLC. Would owning our own Hardware make us stand out? How about locations? We have many exotic locations around the globe and yep we own all the hardware too. We don't use the same providers everyone uses like OVH, Hetzner etc. We don't use Pterodactyl like other providers who cant afford Multicraft. We have contracts with ISP providers in Russia for our Kazan, Seoul and Siberian locations which is government owned and operated. We do not to be flashy to stand out. We do what we do best and that is providing Great hosting at affordable prices. Our reviews and ratings speaks for itself. We strive on customer satisfaction and your satisfaction is our guaranteed.

Hope something there stands out to you.

yep we own all the hardware too. We don't use the same providers everyone uses like OVH, Hetzner etc.
What advantage does that provide to the end user? What's your hardware life-cycle like, what kinda CPU's do you have in use, and how long will you keep a new generation of CPU in the fleet?

Are you inferring that your networks are either more reliable or higher quality than OVH/Hetzner, because if you can provide information on that, it would be compelling for consumers.

OVH have been pretty great in my experience, and while I haven't got as much with them - Hetzner have been, too. I'm not sure where all the hate for OVH & Hetzner comes from in this community.

We don't use Pterodactyl like other providers who cant afford Multicraft.
While that's one way at looking at it - I would argue you're using Multicraft because you're not able to build a good enough panel without them. There isn't anything you can't do with Pterodactyl that Multicraft does, while Pterodactyl can do a lot more than Multicraft (like other games, maybe?).

Using Multicraft, you're very dependant on them continuing to maintain the platform, which could put your consumers at risk should they choose to not continue operating the panel development.

Hope something there stands out to you.
You seem to be inferring solutions you guys don't personally use are worse because of emotional values instead of actual reason. Calling other companies cheap, etc. doesn't seem a compelling reason to use this company specifically.

The only standout feature I can really see is possibly the exotic locations, but there isn't much information I can find on your site about those

Apart from all the mass options in the file manager, node mover, mass operations, subdomain with cloud flare, have the option to run on Windows and loss more of stuff (not saying there aren’t thing that pterodactyl has over mutlicraft)
like other games, maybe?
Not out of the box but it is possible

You can (we already have) do that stuff with Pterodactyl. I'm not saying Pterodactyl is a good solution compared to these pre-built panels - out of the box.

The root point here is that I don't think it's fair for XHost to infer hosts using Pterodactyl are worse, because Pterodactyl is a more solid foundation to build on, compared to Multicraft. It just requires more skill and time. You can however do a lot more with it, and have total control to the code base - meaning you don't depend on an upstream provider, and you're not wasting money - which let's be honest, the consumers end up paying for.

Good companies operate with first principles in mind, and cut costs down where possible. Using the fact the company pays for Multicraft as a good thing doesn't make sense, from a business longevity point of view, a financial point of view, or a consumer experience point of view.

Tldr; using the fact your company don't have control over it's panel's code, isn't something that actually benefits the end consumer
