Apart from all the mass options in the file manager, node mover, mass operations, subdomain with cloud flare, have the option to run on Windows and loss more of stuff (not saying there aren’t thing that pterodactyl has over mutlicraft)

Not out of the box but it is possible

Pterodactyl has all of those features apart from the ability to create subdomains with cloudflare, which could be added since Pterodactyl is OSS, and the node mover, which has been implemented by many hosts. Since Pterodactyl is OSS you can add anything to it and you can extend the API (multicraft seem to like the API they have). Compared to custom panels (like dino), Multicraft is just weak (not to mention the security monkaS)

And where would the mass move, zip, and all those tools be? https://i.batrowan.com/86b038ae0 With multicraft you can select multiple files and directories and zip and move stuff, unlike pterodactyl where it must already be in a folder, in addition, where are the node mover and mass server actions located?

He's not saying they're in the base panel, he's saying it can be implemented, cause it definitely can due to Pterodactyl being open sourced.

I also don't really see the point to a mass move when you can literally use an FTP client to mass move stuff.

What advantage does that provide to the end user? What's your hardware life-cycle like, what kinda CPU's do you have in use, and how long will you keep a new generation of CPU in the fleet?

Are you inferring that your networks are either more reliable or higher quality than OVH/Hetzner, because if you can provide information on that, it would be compelling for consumers.

OVH have been pretty great in my experience, and while I haven't got as much with them - Hetzner have been, too. I'm not sure where all the hate for OVH & Hetzner comes from in this community.

While that's one way at looking at it - I would argue you're using Multicraft because you're not able to build a good enough panel without them. There isn't anything you can't do with Pterodactyl that Multicraft does, while Pterodactyl can do a lot more than Multicraft (like other games, maybe?).

Using Multicraft, you're very dependant on them continuing to maintain the platform, which could put your consumers at risk should they choose to not continue operating the panel development.

You seem to be inferring solutions you guys don't personally use are worse because of emotional values instead of actual reason. Calling other companies cheap, etc. doesn't seem a compelling reason to use this company specifically.

The only standout feature I can really see is possibly the exotic locations, but there isn't much information I can find on your site about those

You asked us what makes us stand out and what do we offer that's different from other host so I stated facts. No hate intended towards OVH, Pterodactyl or anyone who uses them.

Alright so the comment I made about OVH. They are a great provider and we have used them before back in 2011 when we first started the business. We wanted to be different so we moved and just collocated servers at other data centers like Choopa and Psychz. Then ventured into the exotic locations. The comment was more saying about how we are different and offer a different location and network provider while everyone is offering the same. What makes them different from the rest? That's what makes us different.

Now on to the comment about Pterodactyl. Okay so we have been in business for about 10 years now. We used Multicraft since day one and everything is going smooth and we ain't got no complaints. Why would we try to fix something that is not broken? We been doing this way before that Pterodactyl panel even existed. Yes I am not capable of building my own panel nor am I interested in taking someone's source code and calling it my own. You can so that's good for you. We support the creators of Multicraft and appreciate them so we pay so they can continue to develop the most used control panel by top hosting providers.

Also where in my comments did I say companies who use Pterodactyl are worse. Don't put words in my mouth please. That's how you interpreted my comment. That's how you feel. Again I was stating things that are different between us and other host. I could care less if you used Pterodactyl. Do what you got to do to make that money. I was just answering your questions.

We appreciate your comments and feedback.[DOUBLEPOST=1556147723][/DOUBLEPOST]

We appreciate your business. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask.

Chill out with the mental gymnastics. It's pretty transparent what you meant when you said:
We don't use Pterodactyl like other providers who cant afford Multicraft.

We support the creators of Multicraft and appreciate them
It's nothing to do with the fact you have no other choice I'm sure...

Yes I am not capable of building my own panel nor am I interested in taking someone's source code and calling it my own. You can so that's good for you.
We haven't done this.

Tldr; you guys have gone with non-mainstream "exotic" data centres, and that's your unique selling point. Multicraft isn't a unique selling point - which was my original question

Sorry I only deal with people who read lol[DOUBLEPOST=1556210876][/DOUBLEPOST]
You can (we already have) do that stuff with Pterodactyl.

What's your return policy? I'm interested in your dedicated servers but the processor doesn't seem to good to me. Might not fit my needs.

We have a 24 hour money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. We feel 24 hours is long enough to test a dedicated server out. Unfortunately we only have 5 of them and they are all currently being leased. Depending on what you are doing, they work great for your personal servers/network.

I am currently in the process of getting a server with these guys! I decided based on all the reviews! The only issue I am having currently is I've been waiting for almost a day so far for any source of contact! My payment went through and it is still pending for the server. The "Instant Setup" is the only thing not true for me right, as I was really excited to start my server! They don't have any other sources of contact other than one feature on the website, I tried sending a message, it wouldn't let me! (if it was the same for someone else, let me know).

What browser are you using? Are you on mobile and did you see the recaptcha button? Submitting a ticket would get you the fastest response. We have replied to your ticket.
