Hello! I am Josh.
I am a Server Manager,
I am very Intelligent, and Knowledgeable
in this position. I know how to run a server myself,
so obviously Server Managing isn't very hard for me.
I don't have a very strong portfolio meaning only smaller servers,
but I make servers look very nice by the time I am done.
I have got a few small servers get started, but for
those small servers, they don't make enough
money to keep it running.

Dedication:
I am a very dedicated individual when I find something I usually stick to it, for example, I wanted to be, in Cambridge classes this year (above advanced) and I did. I stick with them and get no lower than a C in my grades. I love Minecraft, I have stuck with it for three years now, and I just can't put the game away. It's too addicting, though I do have baseball occasionally, I know that 5+ hours a day will be made and or dedicated to you.

Professionalism:
I know how to be professional because it runs in the family. I act just like my mom, and sometimes like my dad. My mom is a very professional person, she does very well in her job (Nurse Practitioner) because she wants to be the one who stands out and does the best at her job, as do I. On the other hand my dad is more of a funny guy, who makes everyone laugh at any time, whether someone is sad or just fine, he makes everyone smile, also as do I. I want to do the best I can at my job, and be funny when it is the right time to be, when it is time to get serious I indeed start to focus on what is needed to be focused on.

What I will do for your server/Talents
I will create you a Staff Handbook, which will constantly be updated.
I'm excellent with buycraft, plugins for the most part (Configuring, etc.),
not the best with them but I'm decent with those.
I'm no developer; I can't code.
I will also create Rules, Update the servers News/Announcements and more.
I'm very talented with getting more staff and spreading them out across the server.
I'm always able to be reached and help the players out, or fellow staff team.
I have recently visited my talent with Xenforo; I can create a forum from ground up.

Availability
Monday - Friday : 4pm-10pm
Saturday - Sunday : 10am-10pm
These hours WILL very to average 5-10 hours every day.

What makes me unique as a Server/Community Manager
is that I can make you a xenforo website
that looks pretty decent.
Though that is one of the outgoing techniques that I have.
I am also a very dedicated Manager that works
his ass off until the job is done.
This might sound a bit crazy, but I would rather finish what I
started in work, then have my sleep for the next day of school.
I usually don't go to sleep until 12 am maybe even
longer when I have to wake up at 6.
So I can very much dedicate to your server.

I'm a very intelligent, professional individual who is looking for a server
to help out with my knowledge. Hopefully, I can meet all your

Devouch, I agree with XerisAU

This user is great with this service but undoubtfully he will delete all your hard work and once he resigns he will start to act immature and eventually will trash your server. The reason I'm devouching him is because this happened on the server he has managed for a while until he decided to clear out our Xenforo page and trash our forums because he resigned.

Lmao If I don't get paid, my work I spent countless hours doing I am removing what I had done for the server. I didn't affect the builds or anything major. I took down what I did manly for the server.

I agree with both XerisAU and Nrevi . Josh's services are good and cheap, but he is a money guy. If you forget to pay him 1 day late, he will resign and report you... He doesn't do it for the joy. He does it for the money and power.

1 Day haha. I give more like a week before I do anything. I may stop what I am doing until I am paid but I DO give 1 week before taking action. Zyphior was not paying me, which I was okay with for a few months. After the release was nowhere close to when I was expecting pay I then requested 8$. That's all for what I have done and Tyler also known as Flint1 a banned user from MCM that is now Captaincy refused to pay saying all staff are not paid. I only asked for 8$ for the months of work which is worth $64 at least. I can agree I like money but who doesn't? I do it 100% for the joy but why do it for free when I can get a few bucks to go out and maybe upgrade my computer or get a new game. I do it to gain extra cash, but definitely not power. Who the hell wants to spend time on a server just to have power? Helpers, Mods, and such just moderate chat on their free time. People like admins and higher work countless hours behind the scenes try to upgrade and fix issues. Who I think should get paid, but if people do it because they have a lot of spare time they can do it. BTW don't forget that I could expose you for extreme immaturity, just try me. Game is on bitch. Let's see this server in 3 month's I bet the server will end up being resold because of inactivity, without a doubt. Just notice though I got a few tricks up my sleeve.

There was no agreement that Captaincy would pay you. As such he was neither required nor obligated to pay you. Please stop acting like your in the right. That's like me volunteering at an animal shelter then one day asking for money for no reason. You are a plain toxic, salty kid who will do anything to make a quick buck. If you would have left quietly, There would be no problems. It's only because you decided to delete all our files AND THEN make an alt account on the forums that we have resurfaced.

Did you not read correctly? I never said there was an agreement, the only people that have agreements are big servers, or a 1 time deal or at least they normally are. I asked for payment one time, and he tells me to leave if that's a problem. I decided then and there that I was never going to be paid and I might as well leave the server and remove what I had done for the server. Now your copying leafy aye? Lmao! Please PM me the Spelling/Grammar mistakes... I say this because I have a paid program that fixes these errors for me and it's detecting everything is good so please state them in a PM. Also, the kid was banned for being an already banned user. The other kids were attached to that server as well so it's all 3 or 4 of them talking bad in my thread basically from 1 server.
