Experience as a staff member:I used to own a server where i set up most of the plugins,gamemodes and config files
Are you able to detect hacks:Yes im experienced with that
Available timeframe:i can spend 3-4hours a day
Are you able to manage the forums?I can but i would need time to get used to the forums

You're absolutely right. However, there are some features that are hidden and not included in the thread itself. Those features will be revealed later to the community when released.
