XP Bottle Plugin

Hey everyone, my server was nearing completion, and then we realized that our /xpbottle plugin was not working correctly. We've tried many different free plugins that are out there, that condense xp levels into one single bottle.

I’m not interested in this although for other developers, what is your budget?
$10 should be able to get the job done although if you’re lucky, someone may do it for a vouch.
