Hey! You might have more luck finding developers if you posted estimated budget on this thread. I wouldn't want to sign up if I didn't know what scale of server I was getting into.
Also, I wouldn't include the option for a free full time developer, I think it looks unprofessional and I doubt anybody will offer their full time services for free
