Gonna take a guess and assume English isn't your first language but questions. How many people are on your team currently? What are their skills/credentials? Have you worked on a game before? What kind of a game are you trying to create? As someone who has worked with many devs I would want to know these things before I even consider applying.

It was 10 pm at night when i wrote this. Also English is my first language we currently have 5 developers and animators working we are currently working on ideas. we are making apps so far not games i have 1 and a half years of C++ and C# Experience along with java. We are currently using Unity pro version. We have also managed to build our own engine but it is buggy and needs to be perfected.
