I believe no one owns the domain as of now as I stopped paying for it, was just stating that I have proof of owning the Domain in the past.

How can you be selling full rights to use the name if you don't own an LLC for the server? Indeed you are just selling a logo. I would if I were you buy the domain and sell it as a package.
I'd also recommend anyone looking to buy this understand xytheria since it's been bought and let go it's now a premium domain and therefore you'd have to pay 3k on GoDaddy. You might be able to get it cheaper. But on GoDaddy it's $3,195
Also what happen to the former owner of the server? Do you have the authority to sell this cause it looks like you've been banned before after looking up Xytheria on mcm.
