The support team is excellent--always available, professional, helpful, and I've found their agents to be not as robotic as some on other hosts, which makes communication a lot easier & more comfortable. Servers run very smoothly, & overall a great host. XYZ has probably been one of my best experiences with a server host, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start up a Minecraft sever.

I honestly feel like this incredible company does not get what they want and deserve.
I've heard multiple people choose for another company, but I've been doing some investigation and really, out of all hosting companies, this one has the best specs when it comes to servers.
It's not my company so I don't really have much to say, but the ones that do not even give this hosting company a chance is making a bad decision, in my opinion.
Why not just give it a try, rather than not doing it in the first place?
