What can you bring to FreshHCF?: What motivates me to do my duty is to make sure that every member on the server is happy and satisfied, but I will never abuse my powers not for my friends not for anyone at all, I will only use my powers when I know for a fact this person is doing wrong and has to be punished. My aspiration is to become apart of the staff community to make everyone's job a bit easier even if I have to go out of my way to help another staff member, that wouldn't be a problem at all, but becoming apart of the network would really be great and even if I have to prove it to you guys I will but being a staff member takes a lot more than what people really think it does.You have be responsible, mature, and knowing how to act when certain people are around I can bring more than a lot of things to the FreshHcf community, I would bring as much as I can to the network to make sure it's a better community server to have fun on. When I was online playing I wanted people to help me so now I want to give back and help others, what comes around must go around so I will help the network in the most possible way I can. I will never disrespect anyone in the staff department. I can be that staff member that is always online because at my house I really can do what I want but now and then I will go afk at least for 5-10 minutes but that is normal for everyone. I love being fair to the players by helping them out with whatever they may need. I will assist anyone even if this person is being disrespectful I will always be respectful to the members, I will not abuse for any player's by spawning in items I will simply say I cannot do that. What motivates me to become apart of the staff is that I want to make as good as or even better than as the other big Minecraft server's. I can help with the people that love to x-ray or use other prohibited cheats that are not suppose to be used on the hcf community, I will record this person until I have proof of him or he hacking and them temp ban or ban him depending on what my higher up say's. I do not only want to ban (x-rayer's) but other people who like to use other cheats such as faze or trigger etc, catching these people would be great and make the community a lot smoother for the players, but not only that it would attract more people to the server knowing theirs less cheaters on the server and may even bring back some players that may have left due to the numeric amount of cheaters. I know that hate is strong word but cheaters ruin the game for other's and for the people that really love the hcf community. I would also say that some people may know that this person is a cheater but still say nothing I do not understand why they wouldn't tell a member of staff, but I guess that is how minecraft is. If the community says nothing then the community only gets worse, I will always be online in Teamspeak to assist players that sit in the waiting room until I can deal with them one by one or if you and your friend wish to be in the same room then I understand. If no admins are online then I will stay online and survey the server and Teamspeak to make sure the players have someone to resolve their issues. Becoming a member of staff would motivate me to do better and feel better for the community. I can bring justice, respect, kindness, relief, equality,money (if needed). I would bring these things to this network because I love it whenever I needed help a administrator has always been their to assist me to the best of their ability. I would bring this because I love the network, I would do anything to make it better by becoming apart of the staff community, I will dedicate my time and hard put in work to make this server better and more enjoyable for the staff and it's players I love helping people I will always be their for anyone who needs me at anytime anywhere. About your self: I am 16 self reliant, do not depend on others ill do it myself I like girls, I dislike people that ruin the game for the new comer's. I can be online whenever I want to all day all night I love working, always love helping people I respect everyone and anyone even if we had some issue's in the past, I will assist anybody no matter what, I am very polite (always) I am always available (online) i am smart,kind,helpful,available,I trust anyone, everyone can be my friend if they want to, if you need advice I can give you some,I have 3 brothers and 1 sister, I love having conversations, I am not racist do not make jokes, (I take this very serious) if I am not going to be their I'll let you know,I do not speak a lot (I am a quite person) I always try my best at everything I do and I never abuse my powers for anyone I don't care who you are, I don't trust you unless your apart of the staff and if I get this job I will always be online/in-game assisting members of staff of the players. Helping others is essential to me and it will be my duty one day to assist and lend a hand to you members in need, I will spend as much time as I can spend with you members to make sure your good and satisfied, I am always nice and I don't talk much because I do quite take this a bit serious the more work you put in the more the more you get out of it, I will try my best all the time for this community. At times I can be quite silent but it is only because im trying to concentrate on the work that im doing, I never do poor jobs, I will do my best to put in 100% work and not some poor no effort work. I will always be doing something and do not mind having a couple of friends with me when working. I do not ever disrespect my higher up's if they tell me do something I will not complain like a (female dog) .And you'll never ever hear me disrespect anyone (only if it is a joke then of course) but otherwise than that no you wont, I will always be busy their will always be something to do as a staff member so I cannot complain about it being boring I really never get bored I always find something to do.
