Ill be back when I'm deciding to get my server teraformed just 2 questions... If I also hire builders does your job or their job come first and do you make all of your terrain in a flat world or a normal (its probably a stupid question but just in case)

About Terraforming

Terraforming. What is it? Terraforming is a very specific skill set that involves the creation of landscapes and or terrain to use as maps or the worlds you often play your favourite Minecraft server on, or even your favourite video game such as Skyrim. The presence of terraformers is often over looked as people can’t seem to find a need or even a reason as to why you may need terrain/landscape design. It’s evident that servers using custom maps from terraformers such as ourselves are more enjoyable and unique than servers lacking this advantage! Hopefully after reading this document you’ll be convinced! Welcome to our shop.

Why should you choose us, over others for your project(s)? We could go with the cliché excuse, saying that we’re more experienced and more than capable over anyone else as a terraforming team. You must decide yourself, although hopefully it will be evident that you should choose us for the following reasons after reading the post;

· Our pricing is strictly competitive and cheaper in terms of other High Quality terraformers and we will work with all reasonable budgets if it does not meet our regular pricing guidelines.

· We have a strong, developed portfolio that consists of many different styles and variations along with a growing library of free downloadable content from PMC. This means you can check out what other people think of our work, and how it’s perceived by others.

· We both have a vast experience in taking commissioned jobs which can be seen from our vouches, we possess the ability to take ideas and make them a reality by listening and working alongside our clients while also providing the client with a friendly and responsive custom service and support.

· We have our very own private repository of organics such as trees, rocks, spikes and other organic formations to make your map unique which is constantly expanding. We also will create special ones privately for your project within reason, if your project requires very specific organics. Regular repositories may still be requested if you’re looking for organics of that specific nature.

It’s probably about time we introduced ourselves;

I’m Yeti, the head terraformer for the team and have worked as a regular builder and terraformer for some time now, I use WM, WP, VS and WE to create my landscapes and organics. I’m available for Minecraft terrains, or actual landscapes involving Game Development.

I’m Koala, I’m also a terraformer and also use WM, WP, VS & WE to create terrain. I’m in charge of organics for the team and I’m mainly versed in using Voxel Sniper to create interesting terrain pieces for PVP maps or otherwise, I also terraform large landscapes or maps.

These are our pricing guidelines and relevant time frames, we use these to establish a base price for your map or terrain. These are simply estimates, it’s impossible to give a 100% accurate quotation towards the entire community as every job is unique. Main things affecting price usually involve the size, complexity and additional features of the map.

Below you’ll find the various prices listed for Maps, War-zones, PVP Maps and other services we offer along with a recommended size.

Commission Procedures

We will discuss the details via PM or Skype and decide on the final pricing and an approximate timeframe.

You will pay a down payment of 35% through an invoice of the total project’s cost to us via PayPal.

We will begin the project and send screenshots when they’re available.

When the project is complete, you’ll pay an invoice for the remaining amount and we’ll send over the finished map.

Terms of Service

· You may not attempt to profit off of any of our free DLC

· We require a minimum of a 35% down payment on any project for security reasons. Any lower will force us to reject your project wholesomely.

· Down payments are non-refundable.

· If you can’t pay for your completed project, we have the rights to either re-sell or put up as DLC for the community.

· We will send you an invoice in order to allow you to pay for our services, attempting to bypass this will force us to cancel your project.

· No refunds or chargebacks.

· Our pricing is listed in USD, you may pay with other currencies but must pay the USD equivalent to our quotation.

· All payments are through paypal.

· Our terms of service are liable to change under our willingness to do so and when or where we see fit.

· Important changes regarding pricing, delivery periods or commission procedure will be automatically updated within the Terms of Service listed here or explained to you via Skype or PM.

· We may decline any project in case of an emergency on our behalf if we’re not available.

· Our pricing and timeframe guidelines are simply that, guidelines.

· You may not extract any organics used for use elsewhere.

· You’ll be given a quote based on your description of the map and after a series of questions we may ask you via PM or Skype for the final pricing to be decided.

· You acknowledge all prices and timeframes listed here are estimates.

· We will provide an entire 7 days of support for your project regarding simplistic alterations, extra fees may apply depending on the complexity of other aspects involved.

· Map sizes come in multiples of 128x128 blocks, as this is the default sizing unit for WP.

· For warzones we will require a copy of the area we’ll be terraforming, i.e. in schematic form so that we can edit it more efficiently and not affect your server whilst it’s running, allowing us to work in peace and for your server to remain undisturbed for the duration of the commission.

· Please be aware this is strictly a terrain and semi-organics shop, if you’re seeking builds unfortunately we’re focused on the terrain aspect of commissioned projects for the moment.

· We’re both students, delays and changes in availability may occur but you’ll be informed and we’ll try our best to meet all deadlines.
