You should not buy limited paypal accounts.

Even if the seller said you can transfer the funds into your bank account that's not make sense at all because you don't have guarantee that you can transfer it because the paypal account has a real name on it and you're linking a bank account which diffirent name so fuck off.

Even it's half of the price, you'll waste your money easily.
No offense to the paypal limited seller but you should stop selling non sense products on this forum because the buyer would not have refund if he cannot transfer it or get the funds out.

I have a method to still get out the money (I don't buy/sell those by the way)

I could be wrong, although, I believe that you can use any name on the bank accounts that are used to withdraw money (not the same with depositing).

Although, it might not be the best to use your own bank account because it could get blacklisted from PayPal if used on too many accounts. (correct me if I'm wrong on both of these statements)

You do need to have a matching name to beable to withdraw the money

I wouldn’t buy any kind of PayPal account that’s not mine. That’s just sketchy to begin with and would more than likely not end up working out as intended.
