You think this is a scam?

So if you guys are into servers/youtube and that type of stuff you should know what I am talking about.

Recently I made a post about requesting a youtuber, got alot of people adding me on skype I verified some and some legit some not, just part of the business. But one guy added me saying he was a youtube manager and that he has a bunch of youtubers he can hire for me(I have dealt with these guys before). I asked what he got and he offered a 400-500k youtuber and said $XXX per ep for 8 episodes. All I asked was for some form of verification by the youtuber that this is in-fact, a real transaction. He then started talking about how he isnt going to waste his time or the youtubers time with verifying and he said his MC-M profile is good enough. (He did have supreme + premium + 40rep). I mean regardless of how much rep this guy has on here, this is 500-2000$ we are talking about. I want to see real verification and not just a profile.

Do you think this guy was trying to scam or was I being to cautious?

(After what he said in the screenshot) He proceeded to bitch me out and say I will never grow a server(which I have), I will never make profit from the youtubers I do have(which I do) and that I am retarded for not taking this and repeatedly said I am not even a good businessman(which I take bus101-104 at a college so like wat)

yeah, him trying to rely solely on his reputation is risky. I'm one of the VERY few people on here who you could even remotely trust just based on my McM profile, and even then you should still ask for verification that it's legit me, or you might be tricked by an impersonator.

Even so, him going at you like that is an immediate no. That sounds like he's trying to batter you into submission with verbal violence.

If he has 400-500k must be more professional and give you the correct proofs

If the guy isnt professional enough to give you real verification, then simply dont deal with him. Its honestly just rude for him to not be willing to show you the proof you deserve.

Also I've learned from experience that anyone who is forceful and tries to make you do a hasty decision is almost always a scammer. But for me personally, the fact that he/she inst willing to give you the proof your requesting (in a very large sum of money involved) would make me not do the deal.

With all this said, this could not be a scam at all, but to me, the rudeness is enough to push me away.
