Introduction:
Well hello my name is larval and I live in Canada which is freeze cold right now and I enjoy playing Minecraft and also applying for staff. I myself have a lot of staff experiences on various of server such as OP Factions, HCF, PracticePvP's and I think of myself as a HQ Staff member because I often be helpful towards players that needs help on TeamSpeak or In-game. I try to give out the best answer to solve their problems and make their day better. I also enjoy helping server with cleaning out the hackers and also the toxic players and I think you should really consider me as one of your Staff member because I have what it takes to be a great staff for your server.
Past Experience:
As I staff member of your server I will try my best to make the server a better place for legit players and also I will try my best to keep the toxic players muted because we don't need toxic players on the server. It will just drive other players away from the server. I also have a lot of skills on Screen sharing because it a big part of Any server out there. Every staff member is going to have to do it. Sometimes screen sharing could be one of the hardest things but I will try my best to find those dirty cheaters. That's why I plan on figuring out every part of screen sharing. My goal is to be able to find Vape/Drek/Harambe/Ghost Clienbts or any other clients in some folder in under 15-30 minutes. From there the time will decrease. I haven't been staff on large servers. Therefore I wasn't able to screen share as much. I assure you that I can find what someone is using if needed because I think I have few method for myself that is very unique and effectable to the cheaters and I would also like to share my screen sharing method with the server if needed.

Past Experience:
- Vexir: I was just a trial mod on Vexir but all was I doing was record cheaters and post it to their "Slack" chat room and that's pretty much what I did and I just got really inactive and I got demoted

- OvidHCF: I was Moderator on Ovid HCF in which I did the typical HCF doings such as finding xrayers and helping people via teamspeak and in-game. I know all the commands and I know how to screen share etc
- OxPvP: I was a Helper and I was doing the best and also had the most bans and also I was probably the best SS in the staff team but I made few mistakes and got demoted - If you go on their server and ask if "vice" was a staff they will say yes and also I can also show you proof that I was in telegram group with them

Why you want to join as a Staff Member:
- I would like to be a staff on your server because I think I'll be a great addition to the staff team because I'm an active player and also respectful and Honest. I feel that I would be fair to other players on the server and also be able to take action when needed. Furthermore, I think that I would be a great addition to your server staff as I am often online when there are no other staff members online, allowing me to fill that gap. I have been given a few staff positions on other servers in the past and hope that I could achieve this role on your server and I also got a lot of experience in Staff and also I have a lot of time to spend and help out your server and I also got a lot of experience on Screen sharing and I know how to find clients and I have my own guide for it that I made for myself that can help me detects clients via Process Hacker or SS Tools
