But I thought you were based in the US? That speedtest is from a German IP... on a German hosting company. It's clearly a dedicated server/VPS. https://www.hetzner.de/en/ - Look at the ISP and then look at that hosting company.

None above, it's my home internet. But anyway as of now i do not own any VPS nor Dedi, with that much of internet speed. But this is sure aswell legit, cause it's my home (internet).
