I am going to ask your opinion, let me know what you think:
Ill pay someone a few bucks, in a giveaway after.

I have been working on setups and graphics for a year or two.
I own a company, and paypal has been my payment gate.
Well a guy messaged me on McMarket, and I said I can hook him up with a network, it will be done in a little while.
He payed me upfront $750...
This made me suspicious, but he did pay F&F, how I know of course when you click the payment it says Personal Payment . He did not only that, but agreed to my TOS , no refunds, as well as he agreed to my legal team, as I will take it legally if he does refund, since it is such a big payment.
He payed this, as well as he is unverified paypal, and I am getting verified tomorrow.
I have a business account via paypal, I am going to ask, should I take this job, as I gotta spend some of his money on stuff, for the server.
Do you think he will refund this money?
If so, is it possible that if he refunds I will win, since I do have proof of all our conversation and my TOS.

Give me your opinion, and ill do a giveaway, if I can hear some opinions.

Doge thebaum64 please just give me all opinions. Shattered Jam Nerm PLEASE help.

ok, so the guy paid 750$ upfront. What downside is there if he so chooses to refund? You have a lot of things to back you up. If you still have concern, I suggest to wait a bit before acting.

It is actually possible to get charged back. Since the transaction was an "online" transaction, the other party can claim that they did not receive the items or that their bank/card number was compromised. It has happened to me in the past, however it's not very common. Just be cautious with whatever you do. With banks, they don't give a damn about online messages, as those can be easily manipulated and whoever you talked to might not even be the owner of the account at all. For example if my name was John Doe. I wouldn't call myself John Doe on the forums. I would call myself using an alias. Therefore if my named was EvolvedPanda and the account holder was John Doe, that "EvolvedPanda" means nothing to the banks.

Well, if the person agreed to the terms of service. It's possible to go to court (however that is usually the last resort). You can also prove to Paypal about the transaction since you have all the evidence(however they sometimes go for the buyer's favor :/).

If I may ask this though..
If I have straight up proof of me giving him the product, so on.
Can the money be funded back to me?

1. I edited my previous post.
2. It is EXTREMELY difficult to prove reception of a virtual item. No shipping label = no proof = you lose money in most cases.[DOUBLEPOST=1500084733][/DOUBLEPOST]However since you said you had a legal team. If they're any competent and you actually have the money to do so, you can still take the guy up in court for the most part. You just need a strong case for that to work out. However, I have no experience with taking something like this to court.

Just transfer the money you have to another paypal account
Lol, what would that do?
I could send it over, then shut down my other paypal, as I have to do that anyways soon.

EvolvedPanda is that smart?

that would make him go negative on his VERIFIED paypal xd
I haven't verified it yet though.
It has no bank account tagged to it.
That is why I am starting a new paypal.

Can I make a new paypal, send the money over to that one, and shut this one down?

They'll track you and you'll have to pay more than you owe already. Not smart
Wait, but I ain't the one that is doing the refund.
It is just the fact that I FEEL SO UNSAFE with this guy.. Like what if he refunds it back....
ILL BE in the negatives.
Please what should I do?

Keep the money, and do the project he wants.
Or refund it back, and lose a lot of money. :([DOUBLEPOST=1500085235][/DOUBLEPOST]
