The title really doesn't explain though. Are you wanting it drawn, rendered, Photoshop, vector, or what? Details, details, details.

I did, that doesn't help whatsoever. Are you wanting text with a few characters? Are you wanting it drawn? Are you wanting it rendered? Are you wanting it vector? You can't just say "I want a banner" and expect people to know exactly what you want for said banner.
