YouTube Channel Banner Recreation (needs revisions)

Ok, so here is basically why I am making this post. I had someone make me a profile picture and banner for $20 in the beginning of October. He ended up "having person issues" and hasn't returned ever since. He gave me a banner but did not revise it to my complete liking and now I am stuck with a half finished banner and a semi decent profile picture. I am wondering if anyone is able to recreate my banner's background and then we can work off of there for the text and discord parts and stuff. If so, please leave me a comment here. My budget is $30 MAX. Lemme know

(I want the background of the banner to look similar to the background of my profile picture. If not, identical)
