YouTube channel Manager/Marketer

Hey,

I’m looking for someone professional in marketing and management to manage my youtube channel, grow its wealth, help me collab with other people and so.
You will be paid per task, or payments will be made each month (we can talk about payout) however you will be required to perform more than 4 tasks each month which will help the growth.

Willing to pay anywhere around ~100-1000/month.

Subs should be increased and so does the views.
2 collab with different people and youtubers are required each month (being well known)
Upon reaching 100,000 subs on YT you will be given 20% cut of the payment each month.

I will never pay you before your work has been done
Pay will be started from low to high range.
Payments will be deducted in case of bad performance on each task.
