Sony Vegas Pro 12 and Adobe After Effect

sony vegas is probably the best out there, but I personally use Cyberlink Power Director, for no other reason than that I found a functioning trial version on my PC and don't care enough about YT vids to get better software for money.

Vegas Pro 11, AE CS6, and sometimes on my laptop I use Camtasia.

Premiere is harder, sony vegas is probably better for you.
