Hey I run a channel similar to this (). I think this isn't 100% fair use

What could I do to keep that style and make my content fair use? if someone has a legitimate idea that's really helpful much appreciated! I think talking throughout would ruin the flow of it

Because I run a similar channel and I get copyright strikes. It's not black and white whether this is 100% fair use? I've heard both sides. Their claim is you take a part of the video that you don't own and don't transform it

I just wonder if there's any good ideas to help me make it further fair use without ruining the style

Well look at what the copyright strike is for? Could be for music in the background that is licensed to the creator & not you.

if a creator is copyright striking you. Dispute it & ask if they have any paperwork showing if their image is signed to a agency. Tbh this content is bound to get copy right striked. If you have no clue how the system works with copyright & fair use. Leave YouTube, learn it and then come back so you can defend yourself. If you get a copyright strike your channel is fucked mate. They’re staying forever
