Your thumbnails are very nice quality, but they're all completely different. They each have a different colour pallette, font, and a skin for Minecraft steve. I think you should have some things that are consistent with them so that your channel looks more orderly. As it stands now it looks like 4 different videos from 4 different channels.

Only watching your most recent video and you start off talking in a group with people. I don't know which one is you or who is who. I have no idea what you're doing in this video or what's happening. You should probably start videos off introducing yourself and the situation for that particular video.

The background music makes it hard to hear some of the people talking, and the beat is a little annoying imo.
