Youtube Logo and Banner

Hello MC-Market Graphic Designers

I am looking for a Youtube Logo and Banner that resemble my Minecraft character. I am not looking for anything drawn up or anything too excessive or godly. My attempt is to get an avatar with my Minecraft character on it but is memorable for frequent viewers. For the banner I am looking for your average Minecraft "PvP" youtuber type of deal; similar to Meezoid's but more simple like Latenci's.

I am NOT looking for a pre-made template

A ball park of my budget would be
Logo (Avatar) - $10 USD
Banner - $20-30 USD

Also, a note about my Minecraft Character; it is very similar to Meezoid's with the skin overlay which tends to annoy graphic designers. So I hope you are up for the task!
