Youtube logo, banner and animated intro

Im looking for a logo, banner and animated intro for my friend. His price range is between 15$ - 20$ for all. Is that possible? Anyone can help?

Logo: Render of my body with Diamond sword in one hand and fishing rod in other and green background.

Banner: 2 pozes of my skin in 2 sides fighting each other and between them my name.

Intro: An animation when I fight someone else. then I win them, there is an explode and a new screen shows a 2D intro with my top skin on it and my name before it.

Have fun with playing with the lightnings and the GFXs.
