Is there a way to public all of my videos on YT?

Yes, you go to Video Manager, and click the box at the top, which will select all your videos. Now click on "Actions", and there should be a drop down menu. Under "Privacy", click public, and it should make all your videos public.

If I upload something, it will be public. Do you know how to change that if when I upload, everyone will be able to see it?
