Youtube Profile Picture & Banner Needed! Will Pay!

I am looking for a specific banner & profile picture, look below if you can draw / create them:
- Incorporate anime and different MMORPG characters into one banner, while keeping my youtube name centered in it.
- A profile picture that is easy and makes me distinguishable from everybody.

If you are capable of putting multiple things together and making them seem as one picture, than I am looking for you! If you have a creative mind, please come forth. Also, if you're good at making youtube profile pictures, than I would like you to!
