As Arts said i am 100% he used NovaSkin, the background is from a graphics pack from a person who reached 60K Subscribers
You should take more time & improve your graphics then re-post this

Well i Will try my best next Time after we learn when we mistake.....

Not worth $3 at all unfortunately.
The examples shown look like they were made in less than 5 minutes, and on top of that the character renders appear to be made with NovaSkin and put on a free screenshot pack premade in Photoshop. (I recognize the backgrounds from a free pack)
I recommend that you take more time to practice your skills before you start selling them and watch plenty of YouTube tutorials so you can learn new techniques.
