I've recently made a custom SkyBlock server, and I'm in need of YouTubers to help advertise it. These youtubers, I'd like to be anywhere from 400 subscribers, up.

-Sigh- Unfortunately, I've spent all of my money on my recent investment, (TWD+Factions) And I cannot pay for a youtube advertisement. But I am able to offer in game benefits in exchange for recording.
Perks
When you become an official youtuber, we offer a range of cool prizes to show off. One of the things we value about the server, is our custom coded Golem Spawners plugin. Our plugin allows you to receive iron golem spawners that spawn their respective name. For example, the gold golem spawners, spawns iron golems that, on their death, drop gold. Same for diamond, iron, etc.
You will receive an in game "PROMOTER" tag, x1 Iron Golem spawner, x1 Gold Golem Spawner, x1 Diamond Golem spawner. We also offer 2 Legendary crates which contain anywhere from diamond blocks to an upgrade on your current rank.
I'm sorry that I can't afford a lot, but I'm excited for the server's release, and really don't want it to fail.
