Let me get this straight, you are trying to have someone hire you to record videos on their server and at the same time get a Youtuber rank?
Vs. getting AdSense or anything similar and putting it in certain videos and getting a lot of money,

You should get : 50x4$ ?
200$, that is, assuming you don't sub-bot or anything or have good standards for YT to pay you to keep recording. :/

These days the true way to make a server popular : Vote links, without vote links, it isn't as easy to get players on. Vote links + rewards, servers need to be setup first and it is best not to setup it during the time you bought a 24/7 host, you should set up before wasting money on it.
Youtubers are not much of a help until you have vote-links, every vote helps a server expand in popularity and more. Once everything is setup you should make server official.
I know how to setup vote-links and more and know the perfect plugin for it too that I found from every popular server in use too, this plugin is not a free-download, but a buyable one on the Spgiot Website for $19.99, but is allowed to be edited in configuration/code (as I did), I am selling another version of this in a different format and more for $1.99 now.
