YouTuber for my Factions server

Hello,
I am requesting a YouTuber for my Factions server. I am willing to pay between $10-$20 per video (I'll probably only get one video) depending on how many subscribers your channel has. (USD Btw)

Minimum Requirements
- 1k+ Subs
- At least 100+ views for a video within a week of the upload date (I would like to see analytics too, if possible)
- Must have Skype (I am sorry, but I really need you to have Skype)
- To be active (No dormant channels, please)

Unfortunately, I was just scammed by someone posing to be a YouTuber. So, I am still looking for a YouTuber, but from now on require all channels to verify before I work with them

Unfortunately, I was just scammed by someone posing to be a YouTuber. So, I am still looking for a YouTuber, but from now on, I will NOT pay first, but the YouTuber will upload the video to their channel unlisted, and then I will pay, after that the video will be made public.
